Organic Maple Fudge Bars (Vegan + Sugar-Free +Gluten-Free)

I absolutely love fudge! Moist and dense, sweet and creamy! So of course I had to give it a go for myself! Combining what I had in my cupboard, using minimal ingredients. My son loves his little snacks, and I love offering him goodies that I know are sugar free, animal free and healthy!

I am so excited by this combination as I can see endless possibilities and combinations using this template! It is super simple, and takes no time at all!

Fudge: (Double portions for extra fudge!)

1/2 Cup Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Nut/Seed Butter (Tahini/Peanut/Almond/Macadamia/Sunflower)

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/4 Tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Base: (Optional)

1 Cup Nut Meal (Macadamia/Almond/Hazelnut)

1/4 Cup Organic Cold-pressed Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

Pinch Celtic Sea Salt


Preheat oven to 180 Degrees. Combine all base ingredients in food processor/blender and blitz until a dough is formed. Remove and press firmly into the base of an oiled baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.

While baking, in bowl combine all base ingredients. You may need to melt the coconut oil if it is in a solid state. Once all mixed, pour over the base and chill in freezer until set.
